TERMS, CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The registrant shall practise only in the areas of medical radiation and imaging technology in which the registrant is educated and experienced.

CURRENT REFERRALS

On March 11, 2026, a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports (ICR) Committee of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (the College) referred to a panel of the Discipline Committee of the College the allegation that Mohammadreza (Reza Kouchaki) Kouchakisanjani, a member of the College, has committed an act or acts of professional misconduct in that they:

  • failed to maintain the standards of practice of the profession, more specifically Standards of Practice 2020;
  • contravened the Medical Radiation and Imaging Technology Act, 2017 (the Act), the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA) or the regulations under either of those Acts, more specifically section 27 of the RHPA and/or sections 4 and/or 5 of the Act;
  • signed or issued, in the member’s professional capacity, a document that they know contains a false or misleading statement; and
  • engaged in conduct or performed an act relevant to the practice of the profession that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.

The allegations of professional misconduct will be heard and determined by the Discipline Committee of the College on a date and time to be fixed by electronic means.
