Letters and emails were sent to 700 randomly selected MRTs informing them of the requirement to submit their completed QA Portfolio for the year January 1 – December 31, 2017 to the QA Committee for assessment no later than January 5, 2018. Check your mail to see if you are required to submit your QA Portfolio.
