Job Posting: Program Associate – Corporate Services

The College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO), the regulatory body responsible for regulating the practice of medical radiation technologists in Ontario, is looking for a professional, energetic, conscientious, detail oriented team player who enjoys making a difference and takes pride in their career, to work in our office in downtown Toronto.

Working under the direction of the Director, Corporate Services, you will provide administrative and general office support to the organization.

Job description/Responsibilities:

The Program Associate – Corporate Services’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing outstanding customer service as the first representative of CMRTO to the public, its membership, Council and Committee members, stakeholders and visitors

  • Supporting the communications strategy of CMRTO by managing email and telephone enquiries

  • A variety of administrative tasks which support the overall operations of CMRTO and in particular the reception area

  • Providing backup support and coverage to other program areas

  • Executive support to the Registrar and Directors in project management and other duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, College Diploma or Bachelor Degree would be an asset

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with MSCRM and SharePoint would be an asset

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
