About Our Committees

In addition to the Council, the CMRITO has a number of statutory and non-statutory committees that help manage the business of the CMRITO. 

Our committees are responsible for:

  • registering  members

  • maintaining professional ethics

  • monitoring standards of practice

  • managing quality assurance  

Different committees also provide continuing education and sexual abuse prevention programs for our profession. Others are responsible for administering  fair, open and balanced complaint and discipline procedures.
